Kristine
Kristine Milkovich has been a salon professional for over 16 years. Her career started in Los Angeles, but over the last twelve years she has come to call Seattle her home. As the owner of the Kristovich Loft, she keeps a commitment to staying current in fashion as well as the latest hair trends. Kristine’s talents include all aspects of formal hair styling and wedding specialty hair.
Kristine has spent the last year earning her credentials with the Redken Company. As a direct result of her hard work and commitment to her craft, she has been offered a full-time position as a Redken Educator. In accepting this role, she will be seeing clients at the Kristovich Loft four days each month. Kristine will be very eager to have the opportunity to stay immersed in her one true passion, working behind the chair with her clients. As her new schedule cannot accommodate all of her clients, Kristine has spent a considerable amount of time finding the perfect stylist to fill her shoes. She has mentored and trained Polly Johnson to master all of her personal techniques. On behalf of the Kristovich Loft, Kristine is honored to have someone as talented as Polly joining our staff.

Leanne
Leanne has more than 21 years of experience as a colorist and stylist. Her education began and flourished in San Francisco. She relocated to Seattle in 1995, which she proudly calls her home.
Leanne loves to strengthen her skills by continuing her education when possible. She is constantly drawing strength from the Redken team. As her home away from home, she is proud that The Kristovich Loft has met the Redken Platinum Level.
In her spare time, Leanne likes to travel to far away places with family and friends. She loves gardening, entertaining, and spending time with her beloved dachshund, Duncan. |
Karen
Karen has been a hair stylist for eleven years and joined the Kristovich Loft opening day two years ago. Karen’s passion for customer service began with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After many years in Hospitality, Karen chose to take her skills to a more personal, one on one level. Karen’s first passion lies in developing a relationship with each and every one of her clients. Karen can provide the dedication and attention to detail every client deserves through her excellent education at the Gene Juarez Academy and experience in the industry. After graduating from the Gene Juarez Academy, Karen completed an intensive, year-long apprenticeship studying Aveda concepts and techniques. She has also furthered her professional development through training from Redken, Bumble & Bumble, Toni & Guy and Wella. Devotion to continued education enables Karen to provide her clients with the most current styles and techniques. Karen has received accolades for her work as a colorist. Karen welcomes new clientele and is eager to begin a professional relationship with you today!

Greg
Greg O’Neill has been a hairstylist for the last twenty five years. His multi-faceted background includes advanced training with Gene Juarez, Tigi and Aveda. His impressive and thorough education led him to the Greenwood Academy where he trained cosmetology students for three and a half years.
In the last year, Greg has expanded his venture to include the Swiss skincare line, Arbonne. As an independent consultant, Greg provides his clients with the very best in skincare. He prefers Arbonne over all other lines because it is a certified vegan product, using only the purest of ingredients. He believes haircare needs synthetics, but skincare most definitely does not!
Greg’s success as a stylist is a direct result of his dedication to his craft. He solidly believes that attentive customer service is the most important part of his job and his fiercely loyal clientele is a testament to that belief.

Polly
After many years of touring around the country as a drummer in a rock band, Polly decided to settle down and pursue a career as a hair stylist. The thought of being able to do something creative everyday, talk with all sorts of people and have fun really appealed to her.
Polly received her extensive training from the Gene Juarez Academy and then continued on at the Advanced Training Salon. It was there she learned the art of the blow dry, came to love the challenge of long hair and hone her skills on her true love…short hair. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and brings the energy of a small village to work.
Being at the Kristovich Loft is a dream come true for Polly and she looks forward to many years with the team.
Polly has extended training in: Bumble & Bumble, Kerastase, Redken and Tri.

Jennifer
Jennifer Burdette has been involved in the salon industry in Seattle for seven years. Originally from the Spokane area, she has attended Redken classes in New York and Las Vegas and has been working exclusively with Redken for six years.
Jennifer’s passion is combining her skill and creativity with both color and cutting to enhance her clients' best features. She loves to combine elements of classic styles with careful selections from fashion’s current trends. Her work has been seen on television and magazine ads.

Liz
Liz is the receptionist at the Loft. After growing up in a small suburb, she enjoys the diversity and urban atmosphere that Seattle has to offer. In her spare time Liz loves walking and playing with her dogs (Twosie and Rhona) two Carin Terriers, spending time with her friends and perfecting her makeup artistry.

Lisa
Lisa is a Native to the city of Seattle and began her career as a stylist 14 years ago. She graduated from the Gene Juarez Academy. As a Stylist and Colorist Lisa s goal is to give you a style that best fits your facial structure as well as your lifestyle. Lisa continues her education through out the year. She loves to educate her guest and keep them up to date on the latest trends. She feels fortunate to balance a career she loves and being a mother of two. Her future goal is to continue providing excellent service to her guest and becoming a Redken Educator.
